what i did on new year’s eve…

volunteered to help out with the NYRR Emerald Nuts Midnight Run in Central Park.

there was music, dancing, fireworks, a great dj, costume contest, and three girls who ran the race in their underwear. it rained, snowed, and was pretty cold. my feet were frozen, i got there at 9:30pm and got home at 4am. the worst part of the entire evening was the drunkards on the subway ride home. i’d like to run this one next year.

visited Mom and family today and got in a really good 3 hour nap.

i’m done and qualify for automatic entry to run the ING NYC Marathon 2010.
